After the successful Toys R Us project in 2006 for Valad we were asked to return to the site and undertake the expansion of the Good Guys store. We had to deconstruct the wall which involved removing the roof structure, propping the panels, cutting the panels in half and them craning them out with a 300T crane. Once the panels were removed we then installed new structural steel to support the roof. The project was completed in 10 weeks and on budget and involved close liaison with the store. As they remained opened throughout the construction we had to ensure minimum disruption to trading.
