Profile Property is a Sydney-based building company. Our teams work on commercial and residential projects from Newcastle to Wollongong and everywhere in between.

In 2005, directors Stephen Humphry and Peter Lord saw a gap in the construction and renovation industry. They thought the greater Sydney area needed a company that applied intelligent thinking and careful planning to projects, one that switched on its brains before switching on the drills and so Profile Property was created.

Stephen Humphry Director
Stephen has a Bachelor of Construction Management (B.Build) from UTS. Prior to Profile Property he worked for industry heavyweights including Multiplex Construction, SOCOG (as Manager of Logistics) and Incoll Project Management. He has managed a number of major projects including the refurbishment of the Myer City Store, the $10 million development of  Bunnings at Bankstown airport, and a 151 apartment residential complex in Sydney.

Peter Lord Director
Before establishing Profile Property, Peter Lord was an accomplished carpenter by trade. His extensive experience with leading construction companies (including 10 years with Lipmann) expanded his experience from the craft of carpentry to broader construction management. Over the years he has been involved in a number of major projects including Macquarie University Science Department ($15 million) and St George Hospital Education Centre ($20 million).
