This project pushed the boundaries of residential design from the beginning with outstanding results that have set a new benchmark for residential construction. Once approval by the Land and Environment Court was secured, Profile Property began the huge task of installing over 500 vertical metres of contiguous piling within strict engineering guidelines to create an additional 3rd floor.
The materials included: natural stones, zinc roofing, exposed steel awnings, limestone and American oak floors, cobble stone garage and glass balustrades. The residence features a plunge pool, reverse cycle air conditioning, floor heating, glass roof and a 500 bottle wine cellar. Profile Property worked closely with the owner and design team to ensure no compromise on quality throughout project.
