After 8 years and many false starts with previous contractors, the Strata Scheme for this 16 storey residential block engaged Profile Property Group to complete their pool renovation and new entry lobbies. The first stage of this project involved underpinning the existing residential tower and repairing significant concrete cancer.  Once these engineering works had been undertaken, the new lobby and pool works began.

The result for the Strata Scheme is that they now finally have a fantastic new pool, entertaining area, garages and entry lobbies.  The works have added significant value to the properties.
