- revitalisation of a semi

Engaged by a young family our remit was to give an old semi a new lease of life. The project involved stripping out the semi and adding a new first floor within the roof space. Completed in 5 months the home now includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It makes spectacular use of an existing stone wall in the living room which was cleaned, sealed and waterproofed.
