On-time delivery

For this unit refurbishment we were on a strict timeframe - get it finished before the clients had their baby! In 10 weeks we had to underpin the 3 storey apartment block and carry out extensive structural work while the top floor remained occupied.

We created a useable ground floor space which now includes a rumpus room, laundry and garage. Upstairs the living area was transformed by removing  the dividing walls and installing large bi-folds to take advantage of the views over Coogee. 

We're pleased to say we met our strict timeframe, as did the baby's mother who also delivered on time and brought a beautiful baby girl to her lovely new home.
