Profile Property was engaged by one of Sydney’s leading restaurants to develop an extension to the premises. As restaurant it could not afford an extended closed period and any delays would created severe problems. We added a mezzanine to extend the dining area, renovated the kitchen, retiling the floor and upgrading cooking equipment. The upgraded kitchen was completed in just 4 days, so the restaurant was closed for less than a week.
