Profile were engaged to provide a full design and construct solution to breath a new life into this commanding site. It was a run down club and is now a smart building of A grade offices in the Caringbah business district.
To keep both construction time and costs to a minimum, we came up with an innovative solution of keeping two existing boundary walls. The new structure was built up through the existing building to brace and stabilise the existing walls during construction.
